I think goals and accountability are important, with me I will make sure that the clients are meeting the goals and are being held accountable to meet them. Training can be very broad with everything on the internet so giving them the ability to learn one on one, with workouts tailored to their personal goals will benefit them the most in the long run. I love to see people make positive changes in their lives, and I will help them do it the most efficient way possible.

Depends on the day and my mood, I listen to everything. My go to is rap music, it gets me hype.
Leg day is my least favorite, just because I have had 3 knee surgeries.
