My Mission

As an overweight child and teen, I know how intimidating and overwhelming losing weight and working out can be, which is why I want to help others in clarifying the process and supporting them through the journey.

Confidence is not a feeling, it is the embodiment of action.

I am an excellent listener who will genuinely listen to clients needs and concerns to deliver the best possible advice and programming for them. Having completed post-secondary education in human sciences, I can use this to educate my clients on a deeper level to help them understand and create confidence to further their fitness/health journey.
