My Mission
My mission is to help people change from the inside out! In 2004, as a mother of 4, I was very overweight and not well. I saw my kids following my path and they were and are my motivation to get into shape and continue to be an example. I believe your motivation has to go deep. Find your why so that on the hard days you have something to help you keep going. I also believe your best is different each day. I don't believe in going off or on a wagon. You either follow at a high percentage or low percentage, but you are always moving forward. The all-or-nothing thinking is what sets up people to fail. You have to give yourself the grace to know that some days may be a little rougher than others based on what is going on overall in your life that day. Being able to listen to your body and be fit in a sustainable way is the key to being able to get in shape and stay in shape for life!
