Personal training only works when a tremendous relationship is built. I do a very good job at communicating, understanding, and motivating my clients so that they feel empowered to continue training from me. And while I am often friendly and personal with my clientele, I believe it's important to always be their coach first.
I start with mobility work (stretching), move to strength work, and finish with High-Intensity!
