I believe that in order to become a great trainer you really need to either have a coach yourself or be mentored by successful coaches whom you can ask as many questions and get true criticism from. That’s exactly what I did. I was trained by successful trainers and I have my own coach.
A simple 30-45min strength workout with a bit of cardio at the end.
I love any food that fuels my body and my workouts, that also fits my macros!
