Accountability and having a support system is key. Safety throughout the process as well as monitoring and assessing for needed changes throughout training is something I can provide better than the typical trainer.

I like all foods! Big proponent of adequate protein and fibrous vegetables; nutrient density is key.

It depends on the day! I can always jam to classic rock and 80s music but I like to mix it up.
