I enjoy back and shoulders weight based workouts with a core finisher. I also do HIIT regularly.
I love sweet potatoes, tuna, salmon, broccoli, beans, and most fruits (especially berries)!
I hate eating squash, asparagus, peppers, brussel sprouts, and plain flavored greek yogurt.
