There are several reasons why a client should choose to train with me rather than with someone else or solo using free information available online. I hold an experience of 6 years as a personal trainer and have worked with hundreds of clients with different requirements and body types and have been successful in providing customized training and transformations. Additionally, I have been trained and completed my certification in Muaythai and which adds additional skills to engage the clients with group classes and provide better results, so I believe I will be the best option to choose as a personal trainer since I hold the knowledge in the fitness industry as well as martial arts.
I can call it HIIT, and Strength training is my Go-to workout.
I can name a lot but I would say I love grilled chicken and steamed vegetables and egg whites.
