Meet Coach Kira

My Mission

I am a "people person" passionate about helping people be their best. Many people have told me I am the most positive, optimistic person they have ever met. My default personality is "cheerleader", and nothing gives me more satisfaction than when a client has achieved their goals. My supportive personality combines with my knowledge, experience, & expertise to give you everything you need to be your best self! I am a national and 2-time regional dance champion who overcame a debilitating bone disease as a child, a near career-ending torn hamstring, and a devastating dislocated kneecap, along with the usual ankle and knee sprains. What this means is that I know how to overcome obstacles, to looks for solutions, to not give in to hopelessness or helplessness. I help clients through all of life's challenges to their fitness goals. I know how to help clients lose weight and maintain it. Fitness has been my life since the age of 6, and I know how important it is to you! Join me today!
