

Clients should train with me because I understand the importance of individualization of both nutrition and fitness plans. No two people are the same and therefore no two plans can be the same. Oatmeal, avocado, fruits and vegetables in general, a baked sweet potato, seafood, the list goes on.
I can't think of any food I hate, but I'm not a fan of cantaloupe or honeydew.

Depends on my mood; Christian music and 2010s throwbacks are mostly what it ends up being though.
I swam competitively for 8 years when I was younger.
