I got into the fitness+health industry because of the highs and lows of my health throughout my years. At one point, I was competing over in Europe, trying out for professional basketball teams, to being 50lbs overweight with two torn patella tendon tears. This challenge placed me in a spot where I not only overcame the physical impacts, I developed skills that help strengthen me mentally. I want to help others do the same and help them achieve their goals. Any challenges or obstacles that we face, we will face them together as a team! As a trainer, I want to make fitness fun and enjoyable but I will push you to achieve your goals and be the best version of yourself!
