The reason a client should train with me is because I am realistic and personable. My current clients now always discuss how they feel like training with me is a safe zone and almost like hanging out while they train. My goal is to make clients comfortable and make working out enjoyable, which in the end helps them stick to their goal and actually achieve it. I take client goals into account and make sure that I make realistic and attainable workouts that give you long terms results.
I like to start with a good yoga warm-up, then I do a mix between strength and endurance exercises.
Either a bowl with avocado, poached eggs, and hot sauce or an authentic smoothie bowl.
Anything with salmon or green beans.
