To me, our job as personal trainers means to be a person first, and a trainer second. You have to approachable, likeable, know how to communicate, and how to make your client comfortable. Personal training is most likely new territory for them, and we all know how intimidating that can be. We should get a feel for how they react to certain things, what frame of mind they are in that day. The second part, the trainer part, should be imparting the knowledge that we have acquired during our studies, teaching proper technique, knowing when to push, and when to pull back.
Barbell squats are my favorite workout.
Sweet potatoes are my favorite health food. They're a good source of carbs, and filling.
My least favorite health food would have to be mushrooms.
