I believe I bring a really good mix of different perspectives to my training. I have personal experience as a D1 SEC athlete as well as training SEC athletes on top of currently being in physical therapy school where I have experienced a mix of different people and challenges. I am comfortable talking with people and empathetic to their concerns.
My favorite workout consists of weightlifting and powerlifting.
Food is definitely my weak spot but my favorite healthy food would have to be grapes and mangoes.
I am not a fan of plain white rice and need something to spice it up.
