Clients should train with me, rather than with someone else or free information online, because I care deeply about making sure all training is individualized to meet their specific needs, and that their training evolves as they do. Whether they're an Olympic Athletes or a mom of 4, their training will reflect their personal needs and continue to grow and change as their bodies and minds do.
