I feel like I can motivate and help with technical issues regarding fitness. I spent 2 weeks training with the US Army Master Fitness Program. I learned that every person has a different definition of fitness and I am able to adjust workouts and exercise to fit their definition.
My go to is a crosstraining or HIIT type work out.
High protein such as streak, chicken, or fish.
