I am a very versatile trainer, if a client needs lighter work loads due to injury I can regress and vice versa. Free information online is nice only because it’s free, but to have a trainer (me) tailor to the specific needs of a client is well worth the money spent. All goals and dreams fitness related the client wants to achieve I make them my goals and dreams as well.
My workouts usually consist of free weight and calisthenics. I tend to switch it around very often.
