In me, a client will be getting a trainer who will genuinely care about their results, goals, and how to achieve them. They will also get a trainer who understands the emotional side of fitness as well as the physical. I also pride myself on being an above-average motivator, getting the best out of people when they don't realize their full potential. Furthermore, as opposed to getting free information online, they will have access to a structured plan that's tailored to their specific needs, goals, and circumstances. Then there's the big one, accountability. Often when people do the "free stuff", they have no one to keep them accountable every day and motivate them to stay on top of their workouts on the days when they're just not motivated. This avoids plateaus, and falling back on bad habits due to the lack of accountability, and the feeling that someone out there is expecting you/ counting on you to stay consistent with your health and wellness.
Any workout that challenges my mind just as much as my body!! I love to put my HEART into my workout
