In the world where so many fitness influencers on Instagram, TickTok, and social media have taken over the fitness industry, it’s so difficult to know who to believe and what to listen to because everybody saying something different. I have always worked on making my information that I give clients clear, simple, and very doable; I have the knowledge to debunk any myths and I strive to make everybody happy in their life with who they are and how they look.
