A client should train with me over anyone else because I program based off of science. I am not someone who will just throw sets and reps on a piece of paper and instruct a client to figure it out. I am here to help and teach my clients the importance of fitness, as well as guide them on the way to reaching their goals.
My favorite workout is a mixture of strength straining and HIIT workouts!
My go-to diet consist of any meat, fruit, and vegetable combo!
