I personally train for hypertrophy and aesthetics. I use the PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) split.
Chicken, lean beef, vegetables, fruits, (sweet) potatoes, rice, oats, eggs, shrimp. I love it all.
The universally hated foods like anchovies. I actually struggle to think of foods that I hate.
