Meet Coach Kenesha

My Mission

My mission is to help clients achieve their fitness goal, all while educating them about how important it is to take care of your body. I started fitness during the pandemic, and instantly fell in love with it once I started seeing my body change. My parents are also older, and have had health complications that pushed me even further into fitness because I needed to help them get healthy. What drives me even more, is that no matter the age, everyone can workout and be healthy. My children will understand the value of taking care of ourselves.
