There is no better way to train than with a fitness program. I train people from ages 14-50 everyday and they love the energy I have in the gym with them everyday. Getting a workout done is hard to do when you don't have a plan. I am here to help every athlete reach their goals but also have fun doing it!
30 mins of accessory/strength 10-15 min of cardio mixed with weights. Related to HIIT.
Salads, Steaks, chicken, Lots of veggies & obviously frozen yogurt.
Prunes, Fish (some), liver, lamb
