I am a graduate from Oakland University, I studied Wellness, Health Promotion and Injury Prevention. While studding in the Health field, I was a member of the Division 1 Cross Country and track teams. I live and breathe health and wellness. I have trained clients in Chicago and Columbus. I have a wealth of knowledge and a love for helping clients live a healthier life.
1 Mile run followed by, 20-15-9 of push ups, squats, pull ups. End with another 1 mile run.
Breakfast- Eggs Lunch- Salad ( Spinach, kale, chickpeas, veggies) Dinner-
