There is a lot of false and misleading information online, and a lot of people think they have to do insane amounts of cardio to get into shape. I want to show people that the gym isn't punishment, and that everyone has a place in the gym - not just extremely fit people and bodybuilders. Everybody has to start somewhere - and it's NEVER too late!
I believe in keeping it simple. I weight train 4x per week with minimal cardio & aim for 10k steps.
My fave foods are protein Greek yogurt, Kodiak cake bowls, fresh fruit, taco bowls & Oreo thins!
Absolutely NO onions or cottage cheese!!

Healthy living was never prioritized in my house growing up. I didn't get into fitness until my 30s!
