My Mission
As a young adult, I had to learn very quickly that there are barriers in life. Some we cannot control, but a lot of them are sustainable and beatable! I will never say that I can't do something or it's impossible to conquer this problem. That is the mindset I have when it comes to training. You are your own barrier. I was once too skinny and slender and it ruined my confidence. After years of downing myself, I picked my head up and started my journey. And that is what I will do with my clients. My mission is to help you over those barriers, both mental and physical. My mission is to ensure that you feel worthy of yourself. My mission is to push you so that you can be the best version of yourself. Ultimately, my mission is to prevent a timeline that I experienced at such a young age. You can do this! We can do this!

Why Train With Me

Normally, questions of this nature make me uncomfortable to answer since I don't want to come off as conceited, but I am very proud of the work and effort I have put into personal training. As a PT, I don't just focus on the physical aspect of exercise. The mental aspect to a healthy lifestyle is just as important. I will emphasis the importance of motivation, self-efficacy, and accountability to ensure that each client pushes themselves to the limit.

My go-to workout

My go-to workout includes anything that deals with abs. V-Ups, oblique crunches, and hip lifts!

Healthy food I love

I am a huge fan of granola and greek yogurt! Tuna and crackers are a close second.

Healthy food I hate

I do not like raw baby carrots!!

A fun fact about me is I played Defensive End in high school at 144lbs. But basketball has my heart.
