I believe that I can personally relate to many people as I have gone through the "dimensions" of fitness. I've been through stages where I cut to do marathons, and I have also done body building. Now I'm focusing of maintaining a healthy body, where the body can have enough energy while looking decently good in accordance to our own perceived body image.
I like to workout on anything that I have a passion for, like developing myself towards a new hobby.
