With the fundamental foundation of skills that I have been taught during my years studying Kinesiology and Health Science, I plan to work with clients while utilizing up-to-date and best practice guidelines. I strive to apply safe and effective treatment sessions for all the clients that I will have the pleasure of working with in the near future while helping them regain their dignity through meaningful activities and exercises with a client-centered approach during our sessions together to aid in building up both the physical and mental health.

I believe that I can personally relate to many people as I have gone through the "dimensions" of fitness. I've been through stages where I cut to do marathons, and I have also done body building. Now I'm focusing of maintaining a healthy body, where the body can have enough energy while looking decently good in accordance to our own perceived body image.
