I understand how to train people and understand what works best for each person. I’m very good at making personalized plans for each individual person based off of their goals.
I’m a big fan of bodyweight exercises like pull-ups and push-ups. I like any form of HIIT cardio.
I love eggs, oatmeal with fruit, chicken breast, sweet potatoes, and any green vegetables!
There’s not many foods I hate. I would say I’m not a big fan of brown rice and tomatoes.
