Because while they can find a workout and information free online, they won’t be getting one on one help from someone and every body is different. I take the time to find out what works best for each client and their body, help them set up meals, and i motivate them as much as I can and constantly check in. I’ll go to my gym 10 times a day if needed to work out on zoom or FaceTime with my clients if they feel like they need me there.
