You should train with me because of my knowledge, experience and passion for fitness! I have been exercising regularly since I was 16 and have always wanted to help others experience the joy and benefits that can be obtained through physical activity. This is why I completed my degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, and now that I have graduated, I want to take the knowledge I have obtained and use it to help others reach their fitness goals!
My go-to workout is always a solid push day (chest, shoulders, and triceps!)
I love breakfast foods, so my go-to is eggs, avocado and hot sauce on toast!
I'm the least picky eater you'll ever meet, so I'll have almost anything!

I used to DJ, so I'm a big EDM guy, but occasionally I'll throw some rap and heavy metal in there
I used to play competitive Hockey and Rugby but gave up organized sports and focused on the gym!
