A potential client that is a good fit for me I wouldn't let slip through my fingers. A quality that I think is underrated in trainers, is the ability to be honest with clients. For example, not every 6 week leg program is going to suit everyone just because a girl you follow says it does. Therefore it's my job to say "hey! You're working really hard but how could we make these workouts more suitable for your lifestyle?". Advertising my best traits to someone who appreciates that type of honesty will get myself and them better results.
If we are getting sweaty…we’re training hard! An RDL superset with AMRAP KB swings will do the job!
I’m a lover of ANY good steak or chicken meal! But I’ll sneak those veggies in any chance I get.
I hate… tomatoes.

Well, I almost lost my leg last November but size-wise you would never know! Rehabilitation is key!
