I have been personal training since 2018 and studied Excercise science as well as nutrition and coaching while training as a collegiate athlete. I presented a thesis at The American College of Sports Medicine Conference in front of doctors and some of the biggest names in the industry. To obtain a personal training certification it takes only months. I spent 4 years studying and experiencing the science behind the body and mind, recovery, flexibility, strength, mobility, cardio and nutrition.

It depends on the day. Some days are trap music, some days emo rock and other days EDM.
Post-college soccer, I put on a ton of weight & struggled w/my identity outside of being an athlete.
