My favorite workout is a good chest and triceps day followed by an intense core circuit!
My favorite meal is salmon and asparagus, I also make lotssss of smoothies :)
I’m NOT a fan of mushrooms or Brussels sprouts and not really into bananas either

I listen to a lot of rap and electronic/rock when I workout!
I have EDS which causes my joints to be super hyper mobile so I have to be careful when working out!
