My mission on Kickoff is to help you reach your fitness goals, invest in your healthy future, and overcome challenges while finding reasons to laugh along the way. I'm passionate about movement. Whether it's a hike in the mountains or a solo sweat-session on the mat, I'm inspired by this at-turns peaceful and fierce fitness journey. I want to share that with you, my fellow fitness pro! Through working out and eating clean, you can become stronger body and spirit, build a new community, and learn what you're truly made of.
