As a full time classroom teacher, my job is to help educate people on the different topics that are required. As a trainer, I will successfully help and educate people through health and fitness topics too. I will make it a priority to have meetings with my clients to discover his/her goals, break down those goals, map out a realistic plan to reach them, and then offer accountability.
My go-to workout is weightlifting. I also enjoy daily low impact walks, Pilates, and yoga.
I love salmon. It’s a great source of protein and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids & vitamins.
I wish I enjoyed salads but unfortunately I don’t like them very much. :(
