As a person who has been exercising their entire life, I’ve seen it all. In addition I give a different perspective coming off of a serious knee injury knocking me down for the count for nearly a year of my life, but I came back from that! So I know the struggle! I never recommend to start working out alone just based off of reading from the internet. I always suggest to consult someone who knows what their doing to get you on the right path for their body. We don’t want any injuries!
I love a good 45 minute HIIT sweat sesh! Finish with a 20-30 minute cycle ride!
Go to dinner is always some chicken sausage with riced cauliflower w/ some extra veggies on the side
