Clients should train with me because I have a 4 year degree in Exercise Science and am currently getting my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Not only do I have the scientific and evidence based background in exercise prescription, but I also have a wide range of knowledge in how to take into account each clients unique background of injuries and other needs.
My go-to workout is a session of heavy deadlifts, squats, and bench presses. Powerlifting is so fun!
