Although I haven’t had much practice under my belt, I’m extremely motivated and love doing this for myself. I graduated college for psychology and a passion for mindful based therapy started to grow! I want to be able to coach others on how to cope with everyday stress and I hope this is a good start.

Something very subtle and non distracting. Mediation has to be calming in every aspect
How relaxed I actually am and how I react to a stressful situation
