They’re getting an individualized plan based on their goals, movement patterns, lifestyle, and injury history and ongoing coaching to make sure they’re executing it correctly and progressing safely. I also provide accountability and real-time feedback. If something isn’t working, we don’t guess or push through blindly, we adjust.
