Meet Coach Katelyn

My Mission

My mission is to educate and empower people to achieve what they never thought possible through fitness. Learning about the mental component is arguably the catalyst for real, lasting change. Once goals and habits are formed, my clients are unstoppable. This mentality is what got me where I am as a coach and athlete, and it's what I instill in my clients as they set out on the most rewarding, yet challenging journey of their lives.
