

With the confusion of today's influences, it's important to work with someone who not only has the education, certification and degrees, but also someone who has personal experience. As a type 1 diabetic, athlete, and registered dietitian, I take health seriously. My hands-on experience has given me the ability to actually help others, bringing results instead of adding to their confusion.
