With my background in athletic training, I am able to modify or adjust exercises to fit all fitness levels and especially those with new injuries or restrictions. I think it is important to have someone encouraging and motivating on days where you don't want to exercise. I am passionate about fitness and learning new information related to the fitness industry, and I believe that passion and education will relate to my future clients.
