Not only do I have an NASM certification, I had a really good fitness mentor when I did my internship at Mind Over Matter Fitness/Parisi Speed School. His big thing was everything we do in the Fitness industry needs to be backed with science. For me that is extremely important when training clients, because in order for results to happen you need to know the science.
I love getting my sweat on and doing a full body HITT workout. I also really enjoy lifting weights!
I love protein shakes and smoothies. I also love any type of chicken salad!
I am not a big fan of seafood, which stinks because it’s a really good healthy source for protein!
