I am two for the price of one! I was lucky enough to study nutrition for four years at a SEC college; I was able to work one-on-one with athletes regarding nutrition. In addition to this, I will now have a deeper background in fitness instruction with my AFAA certification.
I like mixing it up often! I especially enjoy strength training, HIIT, and barre work.
