I have been doing both group fitness and one on one training for many years so I do bring a lot of expertise to the table. I have learned to communicate on what the clients individual goals and needs are, not what I would impose on them. In my experience I do feel there is good information available each individual has their own needs and free online does not tailor programs. Each client needs a starting point and a well thought out progression to get from point A to B. If both a client and myself are a good fit, I would be able to get them to that goal.
