My Mission

My mission is to help people change their lives for the better. Many will embark on their health journey for one specific reason, but throughout their journey will discover many more benefits. I started working out solely because I wanted to gain muscle. I am no where near my goal and have plenty of work to do. However, that isn't what keeps me in the gym. The reason why I stay consistent now is for my mental health- something that I didn't even think of when I started!
