I have worked in many different settings, so I believe I have the ability to change my tone to clients that respond in different ways is my biggest strong point. Being an athlete, to bodybuilder, to mom, has allowed me to have a lot of life experience in my fitness journey, and would allow me to connect and adapt with many different times of people.
My go-to workout would have to be anything legs. Deadlifts are my favorite!
