I believe that my background of what my own fitness journey has been like will give me a better understanding than others as to what these clients might be experiencing. The struggles, the ups and downs, I have been there before and I have overcome many obstacles to get where I am now. I believe that sharing experiences from my own journey will allow my clients to see that it is possible to reach your goals.
I do a push/pull/ legs split. I love warming up on the treadmill and with a good stretch before!
