Too many times online sources, if that be through an online coach, or a forum board they present a “one size fits all plan”. As anyone in the fitness industry knows, there is not a single plan that will work for everyone. I personally enjoy taking the time to get to know my client’s life details. I find lifestyle patterns and help create an exact plan that fits them. If you force a client around your plan, and not implement your plan into their life, they won’t stay on board for long.
