I think the reason personal trainers are so successful is because they have a way with people that provides them with enough energy and light to believe in themselves. I think that training with me will give you the strength and knowledge to concur the "impossible".

My favorite music to workout too is anything with a heavy bass or fast upbeat energy!
Most people are surprised I kick box. I also play tennis, volleyball and danced for 11 years.
